Rainin BenchSmart™ 96
The BenchSmart 96 is a semi-automated benchtop pipettor which provides consistent, automated tip loading and sample pickup for 96 & 384-well plates. Mighty Studios and I worked with Rainin Instruments on several products, and in this case, developed the industrial design for the BenchSmart system - blending the highly mechanical assembly but straight-forward user interaction in a unified package.
