The Harmonic CableOS Ripple Remote node is a hardened outdoor enclosure for television and data networks tasked with delivering high-speed data, video and voice services over coax. These enclosures are typically found on data transmission lines in many neighborhoods and cities around the world. These die-case aluminum enclosures endure high temperatures in some environments, so, working with Harmonic's engineers to develop a fin pattern that offered as much heat dissipation surface area, manufacturable, and still beautiful was key.
